Hi guys,
It's me again. I would like to inform you of the latest technology in evaporator coil cleaning. Let me give you a quick background.
AerisGuard Solutions originated from Australia and partnered with Trane Philippines to market their product. The original formulation of the products were intended to sanitize hospital ICU rooms. They evolved the product to be exclusively applicable to HVAC systems without losing the sanitizing ability.
Benifits include: Improved Indoor Air Quality --> Evaporator coil will be free from CFUs (colony forming units), slime, and/or biofilm for a guaranteed 12 months. This would ease up the maintenance on the coil avoiding "pressure-washer-battered-fins" or "alkaline-treated-fins-which-will-eventually-eat-them-up" and will allow the maintenance guys to focus on other concerns (e.g. PM of blower motors, replacing belts, you get the picture). This will also contribute to longer coil life, thus avoiding expensive coil replacements or improvised "shaved" coils (which by the way drops efficiency by around 60%). If the unit has a VFD/VSD installed then this will surely jack up the power savings due to the slime free coil (good air passage).
These are just some of the benefits. Prices are based on coil face area (not capacity) and are competitive, but remember not to do an apple-to-apple comparison on conventional cleaning methods as this is like paying balcony instead of an orchestra for cinemas. ROI computations will be gladly presented to potential clients so don't be scared of paying balcony (that's where the best seats are).
My clients include a semicon company, a relatively small hotel, a very big mall (to renew the contract by September this year), a medium sized mall, and um... oh, upcoming projects on 2 additional malls by July (already approved) and about 29 malls after that (still for approval, hehehe). Sorry, can't give out names. The contracts renew only after 12 months. The product has been tested and has been proven effective in our environment here.
Interested parties may contact me at 0916 598 8958 or call our office (Trane) at 820 3097 loc 130 and look for Kitch Lopez.
Thanks again!
